Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to oversee the operational and regulatory compliance of a licensed employment agency in Malta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the agency operates in full compliance with Maltese employment legislation, including the Employment Agencies Regulations (LN 270 of 2023), while supporting recruitment operations, contract management, and workforce administration.

This role requires strong knowledge of human resources management, recruitment processes, and legal compliance within the Maltese labour market.

• Oversee recruitment and employment processes in accordance with Maltese labour regulations.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Agencies Regulations (LN 270 of 2023) and other applicable employment legislation.
• Manage employment contracts, employee documentation, and agency records.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements, including documentation and reporting obligations.
• Support the coordination of recruitment and outsourcing services provided by the agency.
• Maintain strong working relationships with client undertakings and employees.
• Ensure operational standards, workplace compliance, and internal procedures are properly maintained.
• Support communication with regulatory authorities when required.

• The position must be held by a full-time employee based in Malta.
• The appointed individual must be exclusively engaged with the agency in this role, as required by Maltese regulations governing employment agencies.
• Candidates must demonstrate good moral character, supported by professional references.

ISCED Level: Bachelor or equivalent - Level (6)
